Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and Jawwws Ltd (“we”, “us”, “Gnaww”) governing your access to and use of the Jawwws Gnaww website and Early Access services.

By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry or requirements, or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Gnaww. If you are using Gnaww on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to “you” include that entity.

Gnaww is currently offered in Early Access. Features, interfaces, supported print products and integrations may change as the product develops, and functionality may be added, modified or withdrawn.

Gnaww is a Print Intelligence service that turns messy print requirements into production-ready specifications and matches them with compatible production capability. Features may change over time, particularly during Early Access, and may be updated, modified or retired with reasonable notice where practicable.

SpecMatch™ results indicate compatibility between structured print requirements and available Producer Capability Profiles. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a compatibility match is not a live quotation, confirmation of current availability, production booking or guarantee of fulfilment.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is lawful and that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit confidential, personal or commercially sensitive information unless it is necessary for the service you are requesting.

You retain ownership of the requirements, capability information and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

You agree to use Gnaww in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You must not use the service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where our policies are breached.

We aim to keep Gnaww available and useful, but Early Access functionality may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

Gnaww, the Gnaww brand, its software, documentation and associated product materials belong to Jawwws Ltd or its licensors. SpecMatch™ is used as the name of the Gnaww capability-matching mechanism and is a trade mark of Jawwws Ltd (UK trade mark application pending). You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our written permission.

You retain all rights to your own submitted content. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your content to us.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

We provide Gnaww with reasonable care and skill and aim to keep the service useful. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, particularly during Early Access.

We do not guarantee that Gnaww will be suitable for every use case, requirement or business purpose, and you are responsible for assessing whether the service meets your needs before relying on it. We are not responsible for the availability, content, security or operation of third-party websites, platforms or producers you choose to engage with.

So far as permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed £100.

We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
